Yes, trainings, book knowledge and heady information have its place, and being instructed in this way is helpful to navigating the systems.

But when it comes to deeply knowing thyself and our purpose outside of those systems, that can never come from reading the books and being instructed.

That comes from our living walk and from finding and illuminating the places within us that need illumination and revelation.
through that 𝑰𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝑨𝒍𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒎𝒚 we expand our capacity to hold Both the shadows and distortions of the world and the possibility and light for the future we are here to seed.

Growing capacity is tied and linked to feeling 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙨 to be fully Seen, and both rejected by some and valued by others when we put ourselves and our message out there.

I recently went camping quite remotely, the campground was almost empty and our camp site was at the edge against the open forest.

In other times, I would probably have been scared to be there, just two of us women with the sounds of vastness and nature at night.
But what has allowed me to Trust and 𝑩𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒎𝒚 𝑩𝒐𝒅𝒚, present and receptive is my inner work and the 𝑰𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝑨𝒍𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒎𝒚 of peeling the layers of who I am not for we are nature herself.

I have been on a mind f*ck loop trying to perfect my copywriting, which has stifled my authenticity. I’m remembering that I just need to be my imperfect, authentic self and trust that my medicine and offerings are not for everyone, only for those who resonate with my blueprint which is something that is unique.
A test of my own medicine since this is something I teach about.

Remembering to stay on my own lane
I feel that no matter what, women, we tend to compare ourselves to the paths and journeys of others, forgetting our own brilliance, beauty, voice, truth and Yes, life stage/path, ah, grace 🍯🪽

So I’m here attempting to Be me again and fully. And unapologetically, and raw and imperfect and always learning and unlearning.

Alchemizing the doubts and inner shadows. Because one thing for sure as we walk this path of the Priestess, Medicine Woman: the grow edges will always be there as long as we are holding space for others and being sacred mirrors. 🪞 because before we can offer a
New medicine, we must inevitably, walk it and tested ourselves and still KNOW that we are never achieving perfection or full mastery. Only authenticity, higher ways of being Ourselves. Unfiltered, yet showing up with a clear intention and in Integrity and that is Enough in a society that tries to convince us that we need to constantly strive for linear progress.

But that is not who we are, the women of soul and spirit. We are not linear, we are living, organic spirals.
And that feels better to my nervous system and that is Enough. 🔅🔱🌀

Therapy alone cannot resolve imbalances if it doesn’t also incorporates the soul, the energy body, the whole human. Healing needs to be more dynamic and centered around the whole body not only the intellectual mind.

The work and field of the Medicine Woman is rooted in connection, in the multi-dimensionality of the human experience and transcends the purely physical. She taps into the unseen and reads in between the lines.

Everywhere the Divine Feminine is rising.
I keep hearing the whispers of her Return.

And She is rising in you and me, in all body types and shapes. She is not exclusive and you don’t have to work hard to receive her frequency.

She makes no distinctions.
She is parsimonious, unrestricted by systems or structures.

She is infinite and dwells in the seen and unseen.
She is the waters and in the tears and in the suffering of this world and she is also in the hope and the resiliency.

She is the visions many of us are sowing in the different lands where she has walked in her many iterations across time and spaces. From the Nustas of the Andes who are passing on Her transmission, to the dense jungles where she dwells as Nature pulsing with life force, to the Pagan Goddesses of Ancient Europe. She is Resurrecting.

She is coalescing in the medicine circles we are invoking and creating.
