Each private session is tailored at resetting your subtle anatomy and improving your overall health by energetically letting go of anything that is no longer in alignment with you. Shamanic Energy Medicine creates a healing container that allows for the releasing of stagnant energies stored in our bodies and our chakra system with the assistance of healing stones, pure quartz crystals and sage. After a session you will feel lighter & recharged. Sessions are 75-90 minutes long.
