Welcome dear sister! This highly curated and intimate Earth centered retreat is held and facilitated in my native homelands of Mexico and in sacred collaboration with local medicine people. You will receive healing modalities directly from the descendants of those ancestral practices and in harmony with the local nature, land and the culture.

Alyse Romano and myself are looking forward to  continue to weave the sacred silver threads of healing, collective liberation, and repair for the body of Gaia, and hence, and simultaneously the body and hearts of our fellow sisters, women. This retreat is intended, more than anything, to welcome you as you are, to support your current iteration and expression, and to witness you in your divine, sacred flow as Woman.

We are deeply listening to the whispers of the Great Mother in our intention to hold sacred, safe space for women as together we continue to remember our innate, deep connection with the living Mother and the Web of Life.

We are here at this time to nurture and open  the hearts of our fellow sisters and to further advance their personal inner work, including the integration of inner child, soul pieces and to hold their visions for the future as we continue to dream the New Earth and the Indigenous prophecies into being.

As such, this Women’s Retreat is not your ordinary retreat focusing on superficiality or image, but a sacred and authentic journey within and through Earth-based shamanistic ceremonies including soul retrieval, fire and plant medicine ceremonies intended to support your current path and iteration.

This intentional retreat is open to 10 women only, creating the time and the space to slow down, to lean into the work and offerings and to allow for leisure activities such as visiting the town, going to the beach, dancing as medicine and enjoying local Mexican food.

This is a heart-felt invitation from myself and co-facilitator, Alyse Romano, for you to reconnect to your inner essence and co-weave sisterhood, guided by the Four Sacred Elements and the Baja desert landscape as our backdrop.

With support from local medicine people and team, we are blessed to do this work on the generous land of Todos Santos as She is actively welcoming us here to do our healing work and reclaim our innate wisdom, power and embodiment; so that by integrating our soul’s parts and remembering our beauty, we may integrate New Earth frequencies into the lines of the land wherever we call home. Yes, we have five days together on retreat, but the work we do as we coalesce in this time will continue resonating and unfolding within each of us even after we close and return home. Over the five days and with support of the five elements, we will be sharing:

-Visionary shamanic soul retrieval, shamanic journeys and platicas/conversations with Marilu

-Fire Ceremony with local medicine men Luis & Chris

-Therapeutic Yoga & Dance for tending the body, somatic release and sacred expression with Alyse. Dance intuitive movement (focus on hip shaking, heart expansion, core and limbs creative connection, and foot/leg grounding to connect with the Earth beneath our feet) Closing each somatic session by syncing up to tune into the hive/connection between us. 

-Hapeh (Sacred Amazonian Tobacco) and Sweat Lodge ceremonies with local medicine people Luis, Yaya, Andrea, and Chris. 

-In home Womb Steam ceremony with local bodyworker and medicine woman Alexandra

-Delicious, organic nourishing meals prepared by Alyse and local chef and restaurant owner Luz

Between planned ceremonies and activities, you will have space to rest, journal, connect with sisters, and just be. There will be plenty of nourishment as we share group meals at breakfast and dinner with light lunch and snacks in between.  In the evenings, we will read from feminine wisdom books like Women Who Run With the Wolves and Her Blood is Gold for integration. You will be welcomed into each new day with the gorgeous sunrise and lulled to sleep by the crashing of the mighty Pacific Ocean waves.  Please note that the sample schedule is just an example and we will always adapt to the flow of what the Divine Feminine is orchestrating. The strucuture and flow of the retreat will allow ample time to receive customized support from your retreat facilitators. Important Note: All ceremonies and activities are optional and we honor your flow.

Exchange:  Two payment options, as follows.

(Option 1) $ 2,500 full payment, consisting of a $ 500 non-refundable deposit, and $ 2,000 paid in cash or check in USD upon arrival and before the beginning of the retreat.

(Option 2) $ 2,500, paid in six payments, consisting of a $ 500 non-refundable deposit, plus a 5-month payment plan (5 monthly payments of $ 400, starting August 16).

Retreat is held from Tuesday through Saturday.

Dear one,  this is a highly curated offering in collaboration with Alyse Romano and local medicine people who will be facilitating Fire, hape and Temazcal, Sweat lodge Ceremonies (hape is a sacred Amazonian tobacco blown into the nose as a powder) and song medicine. This retreat is open to 10 women

Self responsibility is part of the medicine and All offerings are optional. 

On your Arrival and departure days and important notes: The first and last days (days 1 and 5) are your arrival and your departure days. On the evening of your arriving day, we will flow and get to know each other and the land and will cast our circle of protection and our intentions into the night. On your departure day we will have breakfast together, close our retreat circle and with ease and gentleness prepare for your departure.

 Notice, you need to schedule your flight to arrive at the International San Jose Del Cabo airport within the window of 11-2:30pm local time. Transportation from and to the airport is included. The shuttle leaves the airport by 3:30 pm. Please book your departing flight after 1 pm local time. Shuttle leaves the retreat home at 10 am sharp

What is included with your exchange?  
Nourishing, conscious and organic meals, airport transfer, all ceremonies and healing, customized support, and your accommodations in a beautiful brand new retreat home. You will share a spacious bedroom with 1 woman. The retreat home is near the ocean.  You are also invited to join us on zoom for a pre-retreat and post-retreat integration call as part of this container.

Not included with your exchange are your flights, one meal out at a restaurant, as well as any shopping. If your lifestyle and schedule allow for you to stay a few days after the retreat, there are plenty of local-owned air bnb’s you can book for yourself and schedule your own shuttle transport to the airport when you are ready to depart. Women in the past have done this for personal decompression and integration time.

The Intention: This Earth centered, somatic retreat is deeply rooted in the Shamanic Earth-Centered Traditions of the Americas, providing tools and sacred ceremonies intended for alchemy, healing and personal empowerment.

Alyse Romano is a movement artist dedicated to the path of authentic expression. Her background is in ballet, contemporary dance, and Yoga. She is a student of Marilu’s, as she studies and practices the wisdom and technologies of the Q’ero Lineage. She supports the deep shamanic work of these retreats by preparing simple and nourishing food medicine and guiding somatic journeys for embodiment and expression. Alyse creates clear spaces for women to open their hearts, release judgment, and allow their creative energy to flow abundantly through the use of movement, breath, and vocalization. Her deep intention is to serve the unfolding of our collective sacred expression and the expression of the Divine Feminine rising within the bodies of women.

Yaya and Andrea Cano, a mother and daughter team, weave medicine songs, arts, crafts and adventures together. They both tapped into their innate gifts at a young age. Through self-expression and practice, they have explored and refined the medicine of voice and sound vibration. Yaya and Andrea have shared sacred plant medicine spaces and vocal expression workshops with many women over the last 8 years in Baja. They will be sharing the Hape Tobacco ceremony and Icaros with us.
